Property Data

7. Live property data is used as example data to assist other users in the construction of their own prospectuses.

8. savy.biz retains the right to add editorial value through the correction of punctuation and typographical errors, without seller consent. We will not change the material content of any prospectus.

Payment

16. The Service is paid for as follows:

• Cheques.
• Via PayPal accounts.
• Via debit/credit cards through PayPal.

17. After savy.biz has received your payment, you have 7 days during which you may choose to permanently withdraw your property from the website and request a 50% refund. This refund does not extend to the purchase of a sale-board. Please contact us if you wish to have your property withdrawn.

18. Paying customers are entered into a prize draw.

19. Our service does not include solicitor's fees.

Customer Care

20. The "For Sale" board is guaranteed for one year.

21. Whilst we wish to be as co-operative as possible, there may be circumstances where we are unable to provide a satisfactory answer on an issue. Where this is the case, and if the issue seems reasonable, a refund, minus administrative costs, will be issued.
