Guide Viewers/Agree Price

The Government has introduced Home Information Packs, in which the seller supplies key information for buyers. These packs will compulsary from June 1st 2007. After this date, please ensure that you have prepared a pack for your property before it is listed for sale.

Potential buyers will contact you directly to arrange viewings. Following our advice (Click Here for details) you will guide them around your property. The process of agreeing a price will follow your preferred means eg. telephone, e-mail, text, via a third party etc. Offers become valid when both solicitors have been informed.

Solicitors Control Sale

When your solicitor confirms that the correct value has been transferred and contracts have been exchanged, the keys can be handed over by you to the buyer. At this stage, you will change your property status to 'SOLD', which terminates your account.
