Savy Buying Process

Properties can be found using our search tools. These will take you through a selection process and present you with a shortlist. You can then view each prospectus which will tell you how to contact the Seller to arrange a viewing. The Seller will indicate their preferred means of discussing a purchase price eg.

  • Face to Face
  • Telephone
  • Via third party/friend/family
  • Texting
  • e-mail
  • Fax etc.

When a price is agreed, this is not recognised until it has been acknowledged by both solicitors.

When sold, properties are taken off the market by the Seller.
