Using Us with an Estate Agent

| Sole Agent | Agent has sole right to sell property. Sell through us: no agent commission as we are not an estate agent. You pay for advertising or 'For Sale' board. |
| Sole Selling Rights | Agent has sole right to sell property. Sell through us: you still pay estate agent. |
| Multiple Agency | Several estate agents. Agent selling property gets commission, which is higher than normal. Sell through us: no agent commission but you may pay for agent advertising or 'For Sale' boards. |
We are not an estate agent because we don’t:
- send out property particulars and arranging viewings.
- receive or field queries from potential sellers or buyers and pass on details to clients.
- provide clients with a 'For Sale' board and/or put it up outside their property where the board contains our contact details.
We merely publish advertisements and disseminate this information.
